Make a Schedule
One of the best ways to improve mental health is to schedule out your day. There is something fulfilling about checking off an item, that feeling of accomplishment.
It is easy to become complacent and tell yourself that you will do something later. Without judgement, allow yourself to use this list to remind yourself to conplete everyday tasks.
